Situation
Patients book appointments, reschedule visits and ask about test results and health insurance. Tickets contain personal data, and only the right employees should see them.
How to set it up
Add the “Clinic and medical center” preset.
Put the widget on your site and build a bot with the buttons “Book”, “Reschedule”, “Test results”.
Restrict visibility: reception sees bookings and rescheduling, and other categories are visible only to their own employees.
Set the customer data retention period and hide contacts from employees without permission to see them.
Set up SLA so that tickets tagged “Urgent” do not wait.
