Bitrix24 and amoCRM
A ticket creates a lead or a deal, and a closing comment goes to the CRM.
Connect a Bitrix24 portal or an amoCRM account. A3.Tickets finds the contact, creates a lead or a deal and leaves a comment when the ticket is closed. The sync log shows every transfer and lets you retry a failed one.
Good to know
Data goes from A3.Tickets to the CRM. Syncing the deal status back to the ticket is planned. Included in the “Pro” plan.

Do I pay for the integration separately?
No, the CRM integration is included in the “Pro” plan.
What about other CRMs?
For them there are the API and webhooks: ticket events can be sent to any system.
